Payment Matching
Registrants must include their business name, car club/group name, or participant name in the Cash App payment note to ensure payment is matched to their registration.
Vendor Fees
All vendor spaces are $100 and non-refundable. Food vendors must provide proof of certification and confirm their certification status before registration is finalized.
Group Parking
Group parking is $20 per car with a 5-car minimum. The group's logo will be displayed at the event, and parking is subject to completed registration and payment.
Registration
Submitting a form does not complete registration until payment is received. All individual car registrations are $25 per vehicle.
Event Logistics
Group parking and vendor spaces are subject to event organizer discretion for placement. Please provide all setup notes and electrical needs during registration.
